Sugar Glider Sugar Bear Toys 4

Sugar glider sugar bears are very intelligent animals and naturally fond of toys. It is generally considered safe to use human toys for your sugar glider sugar bear, but you want to exclusively buy toys for your pet, then you should keep in mind not to buy toys with loose strings that can harm your pet by strangling it.

Toys that are long lasting and make less noise are naturally preferred. For this, you should opt for plastic and stainless steel toys, because they last a very long time, are easy to maintain and can be thoroughly cleaned. You may come across wooden toys that are cheaper, but they have a lesser life and wood absorbs urine, cannot be completely washed and therefore constantly smell. Wooden toys also have a lesser life. It is better to remove noise making toys like bells at night from the cage of your sugar glider sugar bear.

The exercise wheel generally forms the favorite toy of most sugar glider sugar bears and helps them to burn away the extra energy. Sugar glider sugar bears have long tails that can get caught in exercise wheels for hamsters, so you should buy specialized sugar glider sugar bear wheels like Run-o-round™ from Pocket Pets. Exercise balls can also form a very interesting toy but should be used with care to avoid being near the stairs, pools and depths. You can buy plastic 1 inch chains that your sugar glider sugar bear will love to play with, as it replaces the natural vines and branches. There is an infinite variety possible with these toys, which is good for your pet.

Another interesting and curious thing you can do is to take ¼ inch nylon rope, knot it at various places and put it in the cage of your pet at night before you sleep, and by morning, you will find it all untied. Sugar glider sugar bears love to play with knots and untie them. In the bonding phase, you should not use excessive toys as it hinders with the bonding process but you can use them at night.
