Sugar Glider Sugar Bear Potty Training 5

Sugar glider sugar bears, being intelligent and predictable, cannot be trained to use a litter box but can be potty trained. Just like any other untrained pet, they can be messy initially, but no more or no less. They are very clean animals, would never require a bath and never go to the bathroom where they sleep, similar to cats. However they do go to the bathroom after waking up, just like humans. Using three simple steps with newspapers and baby wipes, you can potty train your pet. The first step is to stimulate your pet by gently rubbing its rear using cool moist wipes and if required, by gently massaging their tummy. This technique is useful for a variety of household pets. The second step is to move your sugar glider sugar bear from one hand to another using the tube technique, which is used to essentially stimulate the digestive system. 2-3 pellets and several drops of urine are commonly excreted at this stage. The third and final stage involves a repeat of the baby wipes technique for half a minute to a minute and is used in order to make sure that there is nothing left behind and you will not get yourself accidentally soiled. It takes a trained sugar glider sugar bear 1-5 minutes to completely free itself, during which time it should not be interrupted and generally it will not go to the bathroom for another 2-3 hours if it doesn’t eat or drink anything in the meantime. In the initial phases, there are bound to be a few accidents but as they get used to it, there will seldom be any problem at all. Bonded sugar glider sugar bears will love to sleep in your pockets and you can know when they want to go to the bathroom because the only movement that they make is for this purpose.
